The drama is not over, apparently.

Contrary to countless press reports, Kim Foxx now reportedly did not formally recuse herself. Had she done so, Illinois law would have required appointment of a special prosecutor or independent person to replace her and her office. That didn’t happen. It therefore appears that her office had no authority to maintain control of the case and to dismiss charges against Smollett. That means the dismissal was probably unauthorized and should be annulled.

I do not suspect there will be much more heard from Smolletts side. Anyone with half of a functional brain can see what transpired. To align ones self with his side of the story is to spit in the face of people that are accusing him, many that are of the same ethnicity as himself.

Smollett staying silent does nothing to promote the race war, so we will be treated to the tearfully smug face of Jussie the perpetual victim. NAACP already wants to give him an award. Could a Nobel Peace Prize be in Jussie's future?

It isn't a noose. It's a pull rope with a loop so you can pull the garage door down. Anyone that's spent any amount of time in a garage can tell you what they are, so I have no idea how Bubba Wallace didn't immediately recognize it.
