Were these dumpoffs/ screens into the flat, middle screens, circle routes, or stuff further down field like wheel routes?

Of the few that I recall.....two were little dumpoffs as the 3rd or 4th check down....One was a middle screen and another was kinda a wheel route.

The thing that impressed me most was his ability to change direction after the catch....

I'm sure that if they had been in pads or game type scenarios they wouldn't have looked as nice with contact coming....but just his fluidity (is that a word?lol) was impressive.

The only one I really remember was on one of the dumpoffs Telvin was right there and probably would have a clean shot on him in a real time/game situation.

I want to say that on the wheel route it was Jack....only reason was because I was surprised at how quick he got some distance on him after the catch.....Fournette is REALLY quick

Yeah....I am not going to be able to make any of the training camps due to some Federal Regulations projects that hit my desk in the past few weeks....but I will be at the Tampa/Jax preseason game.

I think we will really see what the team has a week from Monday when they practice with NE....think that's a fantastic opportunity

Last year, #Jaguars first practice included 53 snaps of 11-on-11; today it was 81.

This was followed by 102 snaps of 11 on  11 yesterday.

This observation from BCC (I know you guys hate this site, but...)

"Training camp is as intense and as old-school a camp as you can get with the current CBA. Marrone could be heard yelling f-bombs and using colorful language to implore the players to learn the playbook. There was a lot more team drills, particularly 11-on-11, than done previously during a Gus Bradley training camp. Perhaps this was done to sharpen the team's chemistry and situational awareness, which lacked in previous years."

I remember telling people to consider that just because Marrone was in a subordinate position to Bradley on the coaching staff, it didn't mean he agreed with everything Bradley was doing.  Thus far he appears quite different in methods than Bradley.

Hopefully, this will translate into vastly superior results.
