Somebody needs to take Fatboy out of the picture.........

North Korea fires missile over Japan in aggressive test

North Korea fired a ballistic missile from its capital Pyongyang that flew over Japan before plunging into the northern Pacific Ocean, officials said Tuesday, an aggressive test-flight over the territory of a close U.S. ally that sends a clear message of defiance as Washington and Seoul conduct war games nearby.

Anyone ever notice that all pictures of fat boy "plotting" an attack, he is always looking at a paper map? Those people are in the stone age.

He pulled this [BLEEP] back in 2009 from what I heard this morning on Sky News. Can't remember if Obummer ever said or did anything with any real teeth to it as a response with the UN. I think he and Hillary at the time were too busy trying to create ISIS directly or indirectly.

But at this point I really would like to see Trump during his term take care of this little prick. He needs to go. It would be doing us and the majority of Asia a huge, huge favor. North Korea needs to be opened up like South Korea so they can be a whole country for a change.

Of course peace should always be the goal. And I don't like seeing us sending soldiers anywhere in the world. But to me North Korea is a clear cut problem and their's no grand conspiracy or mistakes to worry about like we did with Iraq. This to me is a justifiable issue. We know how China feels about it. They've already said openly that if North Korea does anything stupid without cause that they're on their own.

I would be willing to bet that the CIA is working on plans to assassinate the pudgy little dictator.

You would just get another strongman. Economic collapse is basically the least bloody way to change that regime. Seeing as my wife is from South Korea, I have taken a interest in the North. I think people really underestimate how hard it is to remove that family/their allies. Especially militarily, Amazon has a neat documentary where they talk to people who actually knew Kim Jong Um.

Its a very different look, but one of the big take away's was when they interviewed a former North Korean intelligence specialist. He was talking about how he had no doubt that if we attacked North Korea today we would win. But he said it would be much harder and at much greater cost than what is commonly thought in the West. And the longer we took to take out Pyongyang the harder it would get.

The CIA has attempted numerous times to get rid of the pudgy guy but obviously, attempts fail. The guy is so paranoid that he has body doubles and changes the folks that surround him constantly. As far as war, the U.S. is fully aware of the possible catastrophic situation if war broke out. There has been simulation after simulation run on every possible way to effectively fight and win with minimal loss of human life and not once have they been proven successful. Seoul is the thorn in the strategic side. We would win but at what cost to Seouls? Of course, nobody truly knows how it would all play out. In my opinion, the fighting goes down much like Iraq and that resistance comes to a halt within 72 hours. The Nk are starving and don't have sustained fight in them. Psychops may be enough to subdue the body count. Drop leaflets into Nk promising food. Leave small amounts of supplies at strategic locations along the borders as a building block of trust. Sustain this for months prior to anything tactical, let the word spread and I bet Nk soldiers surrender by the 100's of thousands.

In fairness to the Norks, There's really no direction to test fire a medium or long range missile that doesn't cross over some other country.

In all fairness to sane people, would you trust anything in the air coming from NK?  They are trying to show a "display of force" and their "advanced" technology.  Meanwhile they have a high rate of failures with their missile launches.

The missile launches are nothing more than to openly display defiance as well as serve their propaganda machine.

Of course you're right. The correct solution is for them to not launch missiles.

This is nothing new. I was there in 2003 for a similar successful test.

I'd really like to see the US shoot down a Nork missile. That might send them a real message.
