I'll have the trays slipped, meaning you pull them an inch over to break any seal they form with the soil, then have the bunches flipped to expose the moist underside of the bunches to the sunlight. Kinda like flipping a pancake. Basically it's just extra costs that I'll have to incur. I'm real glad I didn't machine lay this year.
