Bortles isn't a quick read short passing offense player. He should be throwing the 10-20 yard throws and further only short when its a checkdown. Even if his completion percentage is low atleast it will cause defenses to second guess loading the box. Right now we have teams cramming the underneath to stop the run and we are throwing short passes in the same area they are cramming.
Go Jags!
*To stay up for atleast 2 years 3/6/17 2016 draft players I think will be good

On second thought aren't the Jags at the bottom of the league in punt coverage? Nevermind. "Why should I give information to you when all you want to do is find something wrong with it?"

Let's see him go two weeks in a row without an infuriatingly bad drop before we get on his bandwagon, but it was good to see him show the team can actually get a reception from the tight end for a change this week. no Slants was awesome to see.
I did notice a difference in the play calling. You have your base offense where its a pass or run play and BB5 has his choice of receiver on the pass plays. Then you have specific plays designed to go one way and one way only (td to lewis, first pass to lee, ect.) those plays BB5 had a specific player to throw to and he excelled at it. dont want to call them trick plays but they are set plays and they worked well.
Fade routes to Lee..my god all 3 today didn't even come close...and the back shoulder throw to him..he looked so lost and confused on that throw...
