The game we gave away yet...

Make no mistake this game was a disaster collectively by everyone. It’s like we tried not to win. Everyone was awful from the coaching, play calling, the players themselves but we hung in there. It’s resilience. It’s what Marrone preaches. This game was bad but could have gotten super ugly. It’s hard but damn there’s so much positive in this loss when the old Jags would’ve snowballed and rolled over at 20 to 10.

I hate to say it, but I think the reason it didn't get super ugly is because the Jets are just that bad. They tried just as hard to give us the game with the gift backwards pass TD and the slipped receiver INT.

When we did similar against a quality opponent in week 2 it did get super ugly.

I agree.

Both teams were shooting themselves in the foot repeatedly.

I don't think the 2016 Jags under Bradley would have kept it as competitive however.

You're probably right but there were several times out there today that I swear I was watching the 2016 Jags again.
