Lol Vince Young never looked like Deshaun Watson.. they are two completely different QBs. Vince Young was NEVER a passing QB and even Texas fans knew that (those that actually knew the pro game and didn't wipe his [BLEEP] and coddle him). His career high for TDs thrown was 12.. that's absolutely pitiful..putrid. Watson in just 3.5 games already has 7. He's on pace to break the NFL record for rookie QBs in that department. That's the problem..people see that Deshaun Watson can run and automatically think that he's a running quarterback.. he's not and shouldn't be typecasted as such. Him and Vince Young are night and day..bad comparison. A better comparison would be Russell Wilson. Deshaun Watson is a passing QB who's always looking to throw, who wants to throw..he just happens to have the ability to run as well, but as a last option. Again he isn't Vince Young at all and coming out he openly stated that he wanted to be a Houston Texan.. guess what, we didn't want him. However your late idiot owner (same crazy moron who was so petty to flip double birds to Bills fans) who constantly tried to stick it to the city of Houston thought by taking him and forcing him on a coach and offensive coordinator who also didn't want his [BLEEP] either, thought he could get back at us by taking some Houston/Madison/Texas based prodigal son savior..how did that work out for him and that franchise? Vince Young was always a imature mentally stunted moron which was a key issue with a lot of players under Mack Brown....that's not Deshaun Watson at all. The Chiefs are the only undefeated team in the league right now..watch this kid rip them a new one next week. Again he's not Vince Young.. he's cool, calm, and collected on and off the field.. like I said ear "he gets it". VY never did, he took his spoiled entitled [BLEEP] mentality to Tennessee and it blew up in the face of even a bigger spoiled entitled [BLEEP]. There is good news though..I think the apple does fall far from the tree. Amy Adams seems very level headed and seems like a decent person where her father was not...reason why Houston's city council and mayor told him to screw off on his stadium demands then shortly after built two new stadiums for the two other teams and built a 3rd stadium for the new team. That tells you what type of person Bud Adams was..they got tired of his crap. I don't think Amy Adams is her father though. P.S. QB position in Houston...solved ![]()
Turndown, people say Deshaun Watson is a running QB because he was one in college. He was a true dual threat all three seasons at Clemson.

Ha ha and I thought Jags fans were delusional insisting that Bortles was the class of the AFCS after 1 good year, but you have them beat.

I don't remember anyone saying Blake Bortles was the best QB in the 2014 class. Some people would have wanted Derek Carr if he was not related to a former Texans QB. Of course they were right - Carr is by far the best QB who was drafted that year - but nobody knew it three years ago, including the Raiders. We show less advertisements to registered users. Derek is turning out to be as injury prone as Mariota.

Derek Carr did not get hurt during his first two seasons. He did not miss a game until this calendar year. So no, he is not even close. What is the same about their medical histories is a total coincidence: they almost simultaneously broke the same bone. I was thinking about that when I read Marcus Mariota hurt his hamstring because it was the second time they left games with injuries on the same day. Weird, huh?

And yet you'll be the one left with egg on your face... you're the one comparing Watson to Vince Young.. which is completely stupid. Look at the stats..There's no comparison at all, look at the completion %. Vince Young threw like Uncle Rico..he simply was never a legit viable NFL QB. That's the reason why Jeff Fisher and Norman Chow didn't want him in the first place. He was forced on them by a idiot owner. We show less advertisements to registered users. Would an RGIII comparison make you feel better? Or maybe Manziel? I'm just saying there's a long history of QBs having phenomenal college careers, flashing for a season or maybe two in the NFL and then turning into a disaster once defenses have some film on them. Not saying Watson will not be great, I'm just saying your problem solved claim is a bit premature.
