Indianapolis Colts pregame talk

(This post was last modified: 10-17-2017, 05:41 PM by JaguarsWoman.)

Week 6 is over so now we can start looking forward to literally and figuratively tackling the un-Luck-y Indianapolis Colts. Without Andrew Luck, who Sean McDonough said will be out Sunday, the Colts are a good opponent for continuing the on and off pattern for at least one more week. Now we have a new kicker, Josh Lambo, to help us score points when Blake Bortles struggles to get into the red zone. This is an important game for us because we lost the division lead last night, falling a half game behind the Tacks.

And the Tacks have it easy this week playing Cleveland so I don't see us taking the #1 spot away this week. We should handily beat the Clots but Any Given Sunday remember........
Instead of a sign that says "Do Not Disturb" I need one that says "Already Disturbed Proceed With Caution."

80% of what I talk about is nonesense.. the other 25% is made up statistics...

Any Given Sunday also applies to the Tacks and Brownies.

I don't think it will be a big win, but we should get the W.

I don't mean a big win in terms of score, but in terms of importance.

Oh yeah, it is definitely important. We don't want to lose any more division games.

We'll win.

We're about a to stomp a hole in the clots.

I predict a big game from the defense. 3 INTs, 4 sacks, less than 100 yards allowed rushing and we win by 14+.

Looks good to me, but we need to see better play by special teams.

Absolutely, JW.  I sure hope that we do.  We won't win many games playing that poorly on special teams.

I will pay close attention to Josh Lambo.

Colts fan here. Jags should win easily. Colts suck in the second half of games and commit untimely penalties to extend opponents scoring drives. Dolye fumbles too much and drops too many passes. Moncrief is inconsistent. Pagano refuses to give Mack enough carries to do anything. The secondary has allowed the most big plays out of every secondary in the nfl. Opponents routinely complete 3rd and 10 or more with ease and our mlbs suck.

Hi Jag, nice to have you with us. Watching Jack Doyle made me wonder why Chris Ballard was wiling to trade Dwayne Allen to the Patriots. Except for one TD he sucked. I doubt you will be a happy Colts fan, but it is unlikely to be a blowout.

Depends on turnovers and penalties which we seem to get alot. Ill be happy when they fire Pagano. He and his coaching staff can't make second half adjustments. There was a time when we had a double digit lead with 8 minutes to go in the 4th I would feel comfortable. Now every team in the league can tie it up and force a game winning fg. As for the jags I like how the team is built. Great running attack and great young defense. If Bortles or another qb steps up you will be a force.

Jaguars fans spent the last four years waiting for the day Gus Bradley will be fired. "Nice guy, bad coach" was the best phrase to describe him. Doug Marrone's promotion to HC gave the team what it needs to make plays and do their jobs to win. Now we are a few pieces away from calling ourselves "the best AFCS team." A better QB will be great when he comes, but this week all I care about is the next game. I expect a win because so far I have seen no Colts player under 40 years old who can do his job on every play.

Allen sucked just as bad. Coby Fleener is the one they should have kept.
Another great Grigson move...........

So it is good for us they did not want to keep Coby Fleener in town.

Still can't decide if I want to spend money or not to watch what could be a really bad game to watch.

I don't see why it would be a game game to watch. We are better on paper and the field.
