So, the Bills have this supposed malcontent, who has proven all pro talent, and who is entering the prime of his career at 27, and they hire a new coach and a new general manager, and seven games into the season, they decide they are not capable of turning around his attitude, and so they trade him away for next to nothing.  And leaving themselves on the hook for a bunch of salary to boot.  

I don't care if they're 5-2.  It still looks like they failed and bailed.  I would not be happy about it if I was a Bills fan.  That's a lot of talent to just throw away like that.

Pretty much nailed it. 

Seriously though - with Marrone and TC at the helm and guys like Campbell, Jackson, Poz, Telvin fully bought in on that D  -- it's the perfect locker room and F.O. situation for this guy to get his act together and contribute.  

The out-clause in the contract after next year makes it a no-brainer IMO.

The Jags actually finally have their own identity right now more than they've had since the Garrard/Fred/MJD/DelRio days.
Definitely not the Bills of the south - but we've managed to find some good contribution from their cast offs.

I didn't mean that as an insult. Trying to be funny a little. 
KB trade is interesting. I dig they took a shot and am not at all concerned about the payment (as you folks weren't about the 6th) but heeding my own advice, if it's too good to be true- it prob is.
I'm not mad about losing KB, it's what we got back that hurts a bit. 
Views not being in CAR to know the full story...
KB Strengths:

• Big, physical, red zone threat
  
• Matchup nightmare for DBs
  
• Potential to be a WR1
  
• Young and won a championship in college
  

KB Weaknesses:

• Inconsistent
  
• Hands issues
  
• Fails to dominate given his size
  
• Panthers went to the SB and17-2 season without KB
  
• Offseason conditioning
  
• Potential attitude issues
  
• Contract is up after 2018 and he will be 28
  

So, I guess he COULD work out and he COULD kinda fade into a already weak WR room. The hope is he can't be any worse than what we have and I'm glad he doesn't come with big $$ attached.
Personally, my biggest concern is I hope he doesn't screw with the everyman play for the guy next to you vibe. You seem to only hear the 'culture' buzzwords when a team is winning. The CULTURE in MIA last year was supposedly the difference. No one seems to be mentioning it this year.
Similar to Marrones familiarity with MD, McBeane (McDermott/Beane) coached and drafted him so hopefully they know what they are doing....seeing as BUF has become the Carolina of the north
The glaring difference is you guys have a stacked D line, where our WR room hilights deonte Thompson, Andre Holmes, zayJones and Jordan Matthews. Outside of screwing with the vibe it'd be hard to make it worse. Hell, our WR struggle with 10 targets a game let alone 1 person.

The culture term isn’t really a term the team was throwing around. That’s more of us saying that. What the front office and coaches have been preaching since they got here is focus on winning. Win everything   Hell even win lunch (that’s a real quote). It’s not so much that he’s coming to a “strong culture” but he’s coming to a program that has their focus on winning with strong leaders in the locker room.
