If the defender is blocked into the qb then it is legal to go low yes they just told you.

Because they're playing the Jags a lot closer than most other teams and Henry looks like a real Jags killer. It's 6-3 now, but when combined with the first game, the Titans look like a bad matchup for this Jags team.
