I wish I could explain it away too but that doesn't make sense.  Good teams win in all circumstance (see Patriots).  The Jags played their starters to the end today.  Why risk injury if you planned to call a piss-poor game offensively?

Coaches aren't playing and players aren't calling plays. There's no guarantee that the players were as deeply committed to this game as the coach said they were.

The circumstance was bad QB play in both cases as well. Oh well I digress. I am going to be a big fan of KC. I hope they thump the tacks and ruin the Pats (make it week 1 part 2)

And, they get away from playing the freaking tacks (just don't like that matchup at all,, tacks defense has the Jags' offense number for some reason).
