It's not a bad analysis.  

I expect the Jags defense to surrender about 24 points to the pats. More if they have a blown coverage or two like they've had in 6 or 7 games this season. 

That puts the onus on the Jags offense to keep up, which has happened in some games this season and hasn't in others.  Certainly Hackett will pull out all the bells and whistles to spark the offense, and he's certainly shown that he has a few at his disposal including a mobile QB. That could be an interesting chess match. 

The x-factor in my mind is how opportunistic the Jags defense can be late in the game.  They've forced a number of teams into late turnovers that decided the contest. I'd not be surprised to see something similar in this contest if they keep it close in the 4th.
