U.S. judge questions special counsel's powers in Manafort case

A federal judge on Friday sharply criticized Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s criminal case in Virginia against President Trump’s former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, and openly questioned whether Mueller exceeded his prosecutorial powers by bringing it.

It's all falling apart for the Deep State criminal class.

I did a little sleuthing about James Comey's "friend" at Columbia University, Prof. Daniel Richman. Today we learned that Mr. Richman was an FBI employee for 17 months, reporting directly to James Comey and working for Comey on "special projects". Three months after Richman left the FBI, Comey then used Richman to leak the details of his memo to the New York Times in hopes of sparking the special counsel.

So why didn't Comey testify that Richman was an FBI employee? I wonder what the "special projects" were and why regular FBI personnel were not used for them. So I looked at the timeline. On June 16, 2015, Donald Trump declared his candidacy for President. On June 30, 2015 James Comey hired Daniel Richman to help with "special projects".

The judge reached in the leather sack and pulled out the Medusa head and showed it to Muller
Muller then turned to stone

About to get ugly?

President having affairs with porn stars and penthouse covers right after his wife gave birth to their son.

Glad it's been clean up until now.

Indicted Russian firm shows up to court and enters a "not guilty" plea. Where it gets good...Their lawyers requested all records of discovery and Mueller's team balked. They aren't ready for trial. How do you enter indictments and not be prepared to defend them? In addition, the Trump team is pushing back in the same manner. They will not be interviewed or be subject to a subpoena unless criminal information standing actually exists. No wonder Gen. Flynn requested to remove his plea.
