Not always, I've wheeled out a few patients who got handsy with the staff. Took them to the ED where a transfer order and a sherrif's deputy was waiting. Man, that was 20 years ago now, I feel old.

It's disrespectful. And I don't care how old he is or how old you are. You ever touch a woman that you don't know closely or don't go to bed with every night on the [BLEEP] like that you deserve to get your [BLEEP] kicked. He's facing up to a year in jail because almost every misdemeanor is punishable with up to a year in jail.

Almost none of them get that time. He'll probable get probation and pay a fine. The article is just trying to catch your attention.
