So much for patient confidentiality. That Therapist is a worm. So, in Georgia, medical cannabis is legal for certain patients but illegal to get it, transport it and possess it. What!!?

The therapist has a legal and ethical requirement to report any number of behaviors to the authorities. You know this already.

This situation does not necessary pass the Breach of Confidentiality Test. Even with this breach, the info derived is excluded from civil and criminal litigation, as supported by Federal Case law. In any case, the point here is that he is being refused a treatment plan that is effective because someone had a differing opinion of whether it was appropriate or not. Cannabis needs to be removed as a Scedule 1 substance.
