Jamaican man has his penis bitten off by his neighbour’s dog as he spoke to her over the gate
  • Man attacked by a dog in Stony Hill, St Andrew, north of Kingston, Jamaica
  • Neighbour's pet bit him through a fenced gate as he stopped to chat to her
  • The dog bit off part of his genitals and the man was rushed to a nearby hospital
