It's going to be Kessler based on everything he said. 

You don't need to have a chat with both QBs to say that Blake is still the starter. He's letting Blake know in person rather than via media.

He said the QB position is open as well. So he has a choice of either a Dumpster Fire or a Browns Castoff. These seem like good choices. Marrone is a hack. Get rid of this bum.
