I wonder if Buffalo would take him.

We'd probably have to throw in a 3rd round draft pick for someone to take Bortles.

Maybe a player for player trade where the contracts approximately even out.

What's Eli's contract?

This.

Like the Texans did with Osweiler?

He’s had some elite games against the Patriots, and a few here and there.

He’s still young and he can scramble.

I would say he’s worth atleast a 3rd or early 4th.

You'll be lucky to get a conditional 7th for him.

I’d say he’s worth a bag of chips at this point. Original Lay’s, half eaten, and left open for about 3 weeks. Seems fair sense Bortles is plain and stale as well.

Or the Crunchwrap Supreme that has been sitting around since March 5th?

The Crunchwrap only costs $0.88 to make you throw up. Bortles costs $20M for the same end result. I'll take the Crunchwrap.

More like the Olean chips that caused anal leakage.

With that contract, we couldn't give him away.

Most likely we would need to sweetin the pot to trade him.

Wow, if BB can't respond to this, then he is dead inside.

The only value to other teams I see for Bortles is if one organization that is currently starting a Rookie sees that their season is lost and they think that their QB is getting sacked too much. Im thinking Rosen and the Cards. Their season is over, and he is getting hit too many times. So maybe throw in Bortles, who can take some of that damage and pressure off of Darnold and allow the Cards to build a line and an offense that Darnold can then take over. Basically let BB5 be the crash test dummy until then.
Idk, thats the only scenario I could think of in which a team would actually need Bortles.

Of course you would because you obviously don't understand how contracts and salary cap works
