I wonder if this guy is still in playing shape?

To the people who keep blaming things on injuries. The offense has been penalized 39 times for a total of 323 yards. The defense has been penalized 35 times for a total of 385 yards. Penalties can be dumb plays by players and or a lack of coaching. While the injuries certainly have hurt us they are not the reason we could not stop the Titans tonight. How can a coach sit here and say "We're going to play the best available player" When Kessler is CLEARLY better than Bortles, that's not really even a debate. Why have the coaches not figured out why we have so many dropped passes and figured out a way to stop that? Every time I see the ball thrown at Cole I cringe.
To the people who say that firing a coach during the season does nothing that's simply just not true. Lets say that Tom is interested in Wash as an HC is it not better to give him some "reps" as the HC? Sure he wouldn't be able to put in his system but you're not going to convince me that giving a possible HC candidate an audition could hurt more than it helps. Doug got the job because of how well things went with him as the Interim, had he laid an egg he probably wouldn't have been given the job. I have yet to have someone tell me a good reason to not fire a coach during the season and test out someone else on the roster. I am not saying Wash should be our new HC I am just using him as an example.

Right there TC should have kicked him out of the office and off the team. He was hired as a assit HC because Gus needed help as a 1st time HC, and if Marone knew how to make us a winner it was his job to tell Gus not keep it for his interview for the HC. It might be the VET in me but thats just sleasball tactics and he should never have been hired.

If Tom Coughlin is interested in Todd Wash or anyone on staff as head coach someone should find him a straight jacket instead of an HOF jacket.

More knowledge is better than less knowledge, and it shows that if we are willing to pull a QB mid season we are willing to fire an HC mid season, step up and do your job or don't come in.

doug is fine.
the giants had the worst line in football for like 9 weeks they got rid of omahae whatever and flowers we now have both starting our line can’t block anything this year is a wash they should have lost last week for the draft pick We show less advertisements to registered users. So having substandard people in the lineup offensively won't lead to penalties? Having defenders trying to make plays to overcome offensive shortcomings won't lead to stupid penalties? Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!

So having poor coaching won't lead to missed blocks, dropped balls, fumbles, interceptions AND penalties? Having poor coaching won't lead to defenders missing tackles, blowing coverages AND stupid penalties? See a person could blame this season on the offensive injuries sure but that's not been the only problem. Everything I listed above has been an issue the oline being injured has nothing not do with receivers dropping balls, that's coaching and skill. If the coach sucks at teaching proper routes or how to catch a ball the HC should step up and fix that but he hasn't. Play calling, clock management both things that are on the HC. Sure the OC and DC call the plays but if those plays aren't working it's on the HC to figure out why. Not everything is on the coach and not everything is on the injuries, however there have been way more problems due to bad coaching than on injuries. If you disagree that is fine, I just think you're wrong.

I think Marrone is gone it shows in the way the players are playing. Lets not forget Coughlin didnt pick Marrone he took the job after Marrone was picked.
Probably the worst Jags game I've seen in recent memory. It's not like we were getting torched by great QB play and mediocre defense this was just them running right at our faces and us not even thinking about stopping it... terrible. This team looks like trash every time we play that lousy team. I don't get it.
No pain, no gain.
