USA Today Mock 1/1/19

https://draftwire.usatoday.com/2019/01/0...-williams/

We come away with:
1. Clelin Ferrell, DE Clemson (Haskins gone)
2. Will Grier, QB WVU
3. Bobby Evans, OT Oklahoma
3. TJ Hockenson, TE Iowa
4. Riley Ridley, WR Georgia

I really like it and would be pretty happy if things turned out this way, assuming trading up didn’t happen. Jonah Williams was gone in the 1st rd also. Broncos got Lock at pick 41 and Pats Daniel Jones at 60

Why would we take a DE in round 1? Clellin Ferrell, Bobby Evans, T.J. Hockenson and Riley Ridley are all underclassmen who haven't even declared. Pretty lazy mock.

We’d take a DE because he was the best player available... Unless you wanted to mega reach for Little, idk who else or at least what other position you’d take. Calais ain’t staying forever

I take Devin White or Deionte Thompson, if we go BAP.

Metcalf was the BPA. That draft with Metcalf in the 1st would be a dream draft.

If Ferrell is the best pass rusher when we're up, I'd be good with that.

I just don't see the point in releasing a mock, until all the underclassmen have declared.

Because a lot of people want to see them regardless of certainty of prospects

Quinten Williams seems dumb as a box of rocks when he talks, says he heard California was the Sunshine State lol. I have heard him say some other dumb stuff too

I would not hate this draft if it happened like that
