Anybody think we should’ve traded up for an irv smith or other TE? I mean it’s a fairly weak te class so it would make sense since there’s virtually no other instant starters left... or am I wrong?

no.

Locket is smaler, speedy and shifty.  He is the type you would want in the slot or returning kicks.

Metcalf is a big, physical WR...the kind Wilson hasn't had before.  If they develop his routes, specifically getting into and out of his cuts..then they will have themselves a good player.

i would approve. TE is a major need at this point and being in the 3rd round, its worth the risk.
