There have been concentration camps all over the world at many different times.  Not just in Nazi Germany.  Sometimes the civilians go willingly.  Usually they are not killed, but more often than not they don't receive adequate food or medical care.

The camps we have at the border do have some of the features of concentration camps, but we shouldn't call them that unless we think that some sort of war is taking place at the border.

The places that are in place today are NOT concentration camps.  They are temporary facilities to place fugitives that are NOT citizens but have broken the law.  NEWS FLASH - if you break the law you are going to be locked up and the place where you are locked up is not going to be comfortable.
