Keelan Doss looked great this preseason, made some real nice tough catches. Surprised Raiders didnt keep him honestly

Yea, I was hoping the Jags might use a late round draft pick on Doss. Despite coming from a small school, he definitely showed skills last college post-season and continued to make plays for the Raiders. I could see him replacing either Board or Cole at some point this season.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

Doss might be a big steal. Gotta find a way to get him on the active so no one steals him. The raiders can still get him back if they sign him to their active roster.
