The Jaguars and veteran wide receiver Terrelle Pryor reached an injury settlement, Ian Rapoport reports. Pryor, who spent 2018 with the Jets and Bills, is now a free agent.

I think if he wasn't hurt and could show himself as a redzone target. But he also refuses to play special teams.
