Football is finally here folks!

Let’s shock the NFL world and pull of the unexpected upset to kick off the season right!

Final prediction 24-23 Jags in a unexpected stunner.

Expect a big game from Dede and Fournette. Dede may have double digit catches and Leonard should have well over 100 yards on ground and in air.

NFL Regular Season Game Day Is finally here,  Jaguars fans!   Wink   Our Jacksonville Jaguars begin their 2019 NFL Regular Season as they host the 2018 AFC West Champions Kansas City Chiefs in both teams 13th all-time regular season meeting.   A win by the Jaguars will earn them the lead and break the current 6-6 series tie, and also end their four-game regular season losing streak. over the Chiefs, seeking their first win over Kansas City since 2009.

Jacksonville certainly will avoid  a repeat of their 2018 regular season,  and between 2017 and 2018, the 2017 Jaguars team were the AFC South Champions with their 10-6 record, then the 2018 team finished 4th and last in the AFC South after a 3-1 start. Unfortunately,  the Jaguars only won 2 of the remaining 12 games, including a seven-game midseason losing streak.

Kansas City features third-year QB and 2018 NFL MVP QB Patrick Mahomes,  Mahomes set an NFL record as the youngest QB to throw 50 touchdowns, and help lead the Chiefs on top of the NFL statistically in Total Offense, averaging 425.6 yards per game in 2018.

Nick Foles also makes his first-career regular season start as a Jaguar, overcoming an oblique injury and participating in full practices last week.

Jacksonville last defeated Kansas City during the regular season by the score of 24-21, and taking their 24-6 lead into early into the fourth quarter. and played  at then-named Jacksonville Municipal Stadium back on November 8, 2009. David Garrard was 18-27 passes completed for 264 yards, and 1 touchdown.

Ian Eagle and Dan Fouts are announcing the live TV game commentary, along with sideline reporter and interviewer Evan Washburn, for The NFL On CBS, seen regionally, and locally on WJAX CBS Channel 47, live on HD.

Sunny and clear skies at 94 degrees, feels like 101 degrees, is the local gamecast inside TIAA Bank Field, for the 1:05 PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, along with 0% precipitation, 43% humidity, and mild southwest winds at 4 miles per hour.

Head Referee Carl Cheffers leads his NFL officiating crew to supervise the live game action on the field between the Jaguars and Chiefs.

NO injuries,  win both your first game in 2019, and defeat the Chiefs for the first time during regular season in 10 years, and LET'S GO JAGUARS!!!!!  Wink Smile DUVALLLL!!!!!!!  Cool Big Grin

Let’s go. I’m pumped. Would be nice to start 1-0 over a playoff team. I just hope our offensive line holds up.

This game shouldn't be close in the end. 1 team will pull away with the heat on the field. Hopefully the Jags are ready and can sustain long drives.

While the line was good in 2017, it's kind of weak to just say ... well Cam was out there.. he is good. Shouldn't use the overall Oline unit to grade a player. Every single rating has him poor. That's the reality. I'm not making it up, look it up.

Finally, we get to see the revamped team on the field and hopefully get a W.
We're back to being underdogs and that's fine with me.
Go JAGUARS!

Del Rio was one thing...but, Ice Cream Gus was a time Id rather forget forever.

Excited to see what Foles can do.. But even more excited to see JA for 4 quarters.. Just purchased my very first Jags Jersey.. Been a fan from the beginning, was just never a jersey wearer.. Now I can't wait for it to be delivered so I can rock that 41 Jersey on gamedays..
