Previously thought 9 wins. I think 9 wins are still doable, barring no other major injuries to the likes of Fournette etc. If Minshew can keep us at or around .500 thru the bye, I have faith Foles will have us competing for the division crown and can lead us into the promised land.

I like that attitude!  I'm not sure we get to 9 wins even if Foles comes back and plays well out of the gate.

with or without foles this years jags is a 4-12 team if we are lucky enough to get a few wins. they really looked like a team that could go 0-16. againest chiefs. not saying they will,just looked that bad.

Agreed. I predicted 8-9 wins before the season, and was leaning 9-7 after Luck retired. But after seeing the defense get shredded so easily I just dont see a much better than 5-7 win team. We will have to see, but if they keep playing like they were I don't see how we win more than 5 games.

I’m not sure I had a prediction originally. If I did, it probably would have been 10-6. Now, still not sure. All depends on if Minshew keeps up what he did Sunday and if the D gets their heads out their [BLEEP]. If that happens, maybe 8-u or 9-7. If not, 4-12 or 5-11

I was at 7-9 figuring Foles would be out at some point this year, not expecting it this early but now 5-11 at best.

I'm not sure how many of us pegged the KC game as a W before all the nonsense.

That being said... it's hard to not think either rookie QB play or our defense isn't going to cost us some games the back 7 didn't look right in week 1.... maybe we bounce back.
I had us winning 10... I'll knock us down 1 for now.
But another showing or two like week 1, and I won't expect us to win more than a handful.

We'll be 2 and 4 and the fanbase will be ready with pitchforks and running to nearest water tower to jump.
Then the stache will rip off 3 wins in a row and leave the team at 5-4 with a tough decision looming, bring back St. Broke Nick, or ride the wave...
I think they stick with the stache and allow Nick to fully heal.... 9-7 and we just miss the playoffs.

Previously I had us with 10 wins and probably winning the division or getting at least a WC.
Hard to be more optimistic than just OK... and I'm probably still being too optimistic.
