Myles jack is an excellent OLB, but he’s clearly nowhere ready to be an nfl MLB. He’s honestly become a liability. Speed and instincts mean nothing if you can’t command the defense

That wasn't Jack's fault. He had to cover the guy running across the formation and the pulling OL. That was on the DL and the rest of the defense for over running the play.

Seems like right a few seconds before the snap he's pointing at Wilson to cover the hole where McCaffrey went through also. Huge miscommunication on top of the other things you mentioned it seems
