I must have missed it too!!

This team needs a TE badly!

I guess Oliver needs more time. And Swaim took a vicious lick today when he went limp.

We have to build around Minchew. He can’t do the magic thing every single game. I can’t believe I’m about to say this but we’re missing James O right about now.

From the post-game ozone:

"He reportedly watched the first quarter and part of the third and went to the locker room afterward. I assume he needed to rest his back."

Oesher can barely hide his disdain for the situation. If this is true, I hope that his teammates have turned their back on him. He has certainly turned his back on them.

Get rid...

There was a pre-recorded clip of him prior to kickoff on the field during warmups in street clothes  - and later there was a shot of a Jags player sitting on the bench after being injured  -  in the foreground of that shot was Ramsey in conversation with McCray. The final one was just a sideline shot where he was visible.

Ah must have missed him. I didn't see them with the usual 30 second close up of Jalen on the sideline on the TV coverage for once. I thought he would be there, just hadn't seen him.

Thanks.

Their secondary got torched again today by the Vikings and their fans are clamoring on Twitter to trade for Ramsay. At 3-3, the Eagles are getting pretty desperate to solve their secondary problems. I doubt that there would be a better time than now to make this trade.

Ramsay is currently doing this team no good. It's highly unlikely that the Jaguars will make the playoffs given their early season performance. They can't seem to have both the offense and defense play well on any given week. The offensive line is not playing well enough and Minshew is showing the effects of his injury a few weeks ago. Without his mobility, he is a sitting duck for strong defenses like the Saints.

So, what is the best the Jaguars can hope to get from the Eagles? I believe they can get next year's first (likely pick 15-20), Dallas Goedert, and a 2nd or 3rd rounder in 2021. Maybe the Eagles will ask us to also part with a mid-round pick next season which would likely "seal the deal." The Jags can then use one of their 1st rounders next season on a cornerback to replace Ramsay and this position looks like one of the strongest in next year's draft. The other pick would likely be an offensive lineman.

Let's get this deal done, now, so this team can get past the Ramsay drama. I'd rather see him become another team's problem.

But the Eagles could improve. If we're going for guaranteed high draft picks, I say we trade him to the J-E-T-S Jets, Jets, Jets. Low playing temperatures, high taxes, and good draft picks for our little diva. You can't go wrong.
I just want him out of here already. Eagles, Jets, Bills? Don't care. Hopefully the offense can pick up the next two games. Get to 4 - 4.

I didn't see the pre-game clip of him, but the only other times he was seen on the sidelines from the cameras, just twice I believe like NYC is saying, you could just barely see him. A shot of his head in the bottom corner of the frame while they were panning on other players etc etc. They didn't focus on him at all during the game.

Which just makes it all that greater when people on this message board call him a distraction. The only people he's distracting are some of the fans that are letting him live rent free in their head 24/7.

All I see is a bunch of fans crying about him... Other than that, exactly who is he distracting?

Do you honestly think his teammates/coaches are losing sleep about Ramsey? This [BLEEP] is a business... They all know that... Do you really think they put Ramsey before their own lives? Their own families? Their own game prep? etc etc....

You don’t think it bothers them that he’s not out there with them? Many are playing through they’re own pain. It may not be all of them, or even most of them, but I’d be surprised if none of them are holding this against him.

They know he makes this team and Defense far better than it is. I have no doubts they'd prefer if he was out there, who wouldn't... He's one of the best players in the entire league.. But to say he's a big distraction to them is a joke.

Now when the fans and media are constantly bringing him up, that's probably a little annoying, but again... It's the fans and media who are trying to constantly make it into a distraction.

It's because it's after 2300 hours and I am at a club with my wife in Orlando.

In short, you're a contrarian. The reality is that only a self absorbed, shallow individual would fail to realize that athletes are human beings too.

We all have coworkers who we know are full of [BLEEP]. Slack off. Fail to live up to potential, etc.

If you think it doesnt bother any of the players in that lockeroom who depend on each other then you're pretty [BLEEP] dumb my dude.

Cheers.

Well I'd first ask... Why the [BLEEP] are you on this message board if you're at the club with your wife... This board isn't going anywhere.

I'm a contrarian because I don't follow the blind opinion of a bunch of people on a message board? None of us actually have a single clue about any of this [BLEEP] dude.. It's all opinion.. So why in the hell would I follow/agree with it? LOL

2nd, stop comparing the NFL to a regular 9-5 job.. It's not the same and never will be.

Think about what you just said bro... The players in that locker room... Ramsey is there getting treatment for his back, he's at practices etc. He sees those guys, he talks to those guys, he's friends with those guys. You don't think they have a far greater knowledge/idea/information of this situation than any of us fans? They actually see/talk to dude..

It’s a business guys. Put yourself in his shoes. You would try to get as much money as possible.

We’re just fans. We will be here after Ramsey retires.

After a loss, they still go home to their brand new cars and homes and pools. They still party bc they are still very young.

It’s a job and that’s how some players view it.

Anyone know the amount of his game check he's getting while "hurt?"

Not Minshew.. he drives an old beater, heads home to his apt and downs a natty ice while he jams out. He almost broke his own hand to keep himself playing. Ramsey breaks his own back to stop.

When a guy won’t do what he’s paid to do- it’s time to part ways. Doesn’t matter how good he is.

Report: Mr. Khan, we were told that Jalen Ramsey was going to play Sunday. Did he have a set back before the game on his injury?

Khan: Yes. We were for certain he would play and uh.... It was very unfortunate for him and for the team to have him sit out another game.

Report: Will he be seeing another specialist this week?

Khan: That is the plan. We want to have Ramsey back on the field as soon as possible. He will go to New York to see a well-known back specialist named Antonio Diego.

They need to hire an investigator to follow him around like insurance companies do to people that are faking injuries to get money from them!
