It has been very pleasant to watch this malcontent destroy the Rams while granting higher draft position to my favorite team. 
Tankathon currently has the Jags getting the 9th and 20th picks.
For early Christmas (Dec 21), I'm hoping to see Rams @ Niners, with Blake Bortles starting for the Rams while the Niners repeatedly test Ramsey's tackling prowess in a 55-3 blowout.

If no one within the Rams' organization challenges him for that, then the Rams will fall apart. That type of quit mentality will permeate throughout the organization and undo the turnaround of the Rams' organization McVay has accomplished.
McVay will need to be ready for the storm that is coming. His coaching philosophy/culture will be challenged and Ramsey will be the catalyst.
