This.

He is a great athlete, but those wanting him have you watch this guy block? He is going to get destroyed in the pros.

I'd rather stay put. Every time we trade up in round one it ends up backfiring on us. Just stay put and draft.

Yup, I change my mind, he's the next Matt Jones after he ran a 4.3, shot all the way up to the first round. Don't fall for the combine #'s.   Don't make the same mistake Jags, get a football player and not a combine workout freak.

Hurst is the better player.

I'd rather have a guy that can block and catch.  His combine numbers isn't just gonna change my mind on that.  Would rather have someone different in the 1st

Graham blocks?

536 and 4 TDs in year 2 after a slow rookie year as expected. Nice player

What do you think of FAU's Harrison Bryant or Fresno State's Jared Rice?

I like Harrison but as a whole the TE class stinks.

Likely will only have Harrison as a 4th/5th and he might be my TE1

Bryant is the best TE in the class imo.  Mackey Award winner, his only question is blocking.  He is a great recieving TE, he hasn't faced the tough competition but I think he will be fine.

Yeah I like him too. Might be a 3rd or 4th RD guy.

I'm also a fan of Brycen Hopkins of Purdue. Jacob Breeland of Oregon was also putting together a very nice season before the knee injury. Albert Okwuegbunam might be the most talented TE in the country, but it seems like he is always injured. That is very concerning. I think he stays in school anyway. Colby Parkinson of Stanford has declared for the draft as well. I think he is an intriguing prospect. He had a nice year considering he was missing his starting QB the majority of the year. Most of the better TE prospects should be in that 3rd to 5th round range, but there is talent to be had. It's just not the top end, elite players like we saw last season. In the right scheme though, a couple of these guys have real potential.

Add to that Dallas Goedert, who had 607 yds and 5 TD in 15 games.

And all three were available when we picked Taven Bryan.

Yeah, Goedert was my guy.  Was the BPA and a huge need, how in the hell did we not take him.  Goedert did all that with Ertz on the team

DC will let you hold his beer and show you how he did it when he skips another easy pick this year to do something stupid.  We'll be yelling TE and OL for another year or 2.  This is only the 3rd year in a row so we are just getting warmed up.  We may go OLB and leave jack in the middle just cause.

2023 and still counting.....SB will finally be ours soon enough.

Just seen Cole Kmet has announced he's entering the draft. I haven't seen much of him yet, but early chatter suggests he could in the running for TE1
