Do you want Dave Caldwell fired for the clean sweep?

Caldwell made smart moves here and there. But, there's no consistency. It's been more con than pro. The fans need a fresh start.

The GM is in charge of player acquisition and retention. He's in charge of building the roster. Take a look at our roster. No depth. Overpaid free agents. Good players gone to other teams. It's a disaster.
If Shad Khan decides to keep DC and DM, it would tell me he's too lazy to be a successful NFL owner. This answer is completely predicated on whether or not Doug is retained.
To date, he is still the coach. If you fire the coach, it will be a lot easier to remove Caldwell and allow a new GM to come in and hire his own choice as HC. If you decide to keep Doug, you absolutely cannot relieve the GM of duty. Nobody is going to want to come in and be tied to leftovers (including, as Eric pointed out in other thread, Foles and his cap hit/dead money should you move on). No HC that has any alternatives at all is going to hitch their wagon to a lame duck GM who has supplied the team with the talent to be making their 7th top 10 pick in 8 years.
