I really am not sure if I am going to renew or not.

Edit, the math for my two seats:

2019 Total cost $4,122 / 18 games = $229 per game

2020 cost should be:   $229 per game for 12 games = $2748  + 4 preseason games at 50% off (4*$114.5) = $458 for a total of $3206 or an average of $200.38 per game.

Instead my invoice is: $3504.   Factor in two preseason games at 50% off the regular season games now average $254 per game or a bit over a 10% increase.     What a crock.

?????

two tix per season is how I'm reading all the cost summaries here.

----

Didn't we ALL see this coming? the overall package price was being reduced, but basically the weight of ticket costs were shifting to regular season games. Remember when we lost the first game to London? season tix prices stayed the same from the previous season, and the same angst arose over the higher price paid per game.

with the exception of electronics, I don't know of anything getting cheaper by the year, even if the packaging is smaller.

It sucks, but reducing the overall price of a season tix package may make it easier on fans who don't already have tix justify the expense.

Thank you to each and every fan who purchases tickets. You all are my heroes.

Seems the Jags may have caught on to members doing THE MATH...My history of paid invoices no longer exists! Anyone else?

Based on memory, on the surface, it looks like close to a 20% change of overall invoice cost from last year to this year ($2200ish down to $1800). Pretty sneaky.

Correct.  They used to have payment history on their Jaguars.com site.  I had to revert to looking at my monthly credit card payments to retrieve my total payments.

They make a 15% reduction in total costs sound like a big savings but if you do the math, reducing the number of home games from 9 to 8 is a reduction of 12.5% alone so the real reduction of 2.5% doesn't even come close to offsetting the fact that we're the only idiots in the NFL paying for 2 preseason games and 6 home games ---- as such 25% of our home games are spent watching non-competitive games in which both teams are evaluating their backups

I spoke with my ticket rep today and asked him how much he's been hearing people complain about the average price per ticket going up.  He said that he's heard very little.  I believe the guy as I've spoken to him a few times and he's been very up front with me on everything else I've spoken to him about.

Maybe people just don't realize it?

Honestly, it's not that big of a deal to me.
