Philip Rivers is headed to Indianapolis. The Colts have agreed to terms on a deal with the veteran quarterback, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport and NFL Network's Judy Battista reported.

Man. You gotta look at Indy investing 25 Million in Rivers. They STILL got Brisset on the hook for 21 this year and then they have 6 mil in dead money for luck. That is 52 MILLION in the Cap locked up, JUST on the QB! That's not counting Brian Hoyer's 2 million in dead money when they launch him.

They've got until Monday before they have to pay him 7 million in bonus money.
He'll be gone.

Even if they cut/deal him....it's still at LEAST a 12.5 mil dead cap hit for him, 6 mil for luck, and 2 mil for Hoyer.  That's still a 45.5 mil locked up in the QB position, possibly 20 million locked up on players not even on the roster.
