There's a personal component to this, I can't imagine Joe picking someone he doesn't personally get along with well.  And the public would have to believe that they were friends too.

Harris and Rice, to me, give off professor vibes that I don't think meshes well with Biden's public persona. Warren does too, of course.  Of those mentioned, only Val Demings has a "practical experience" vibe.

So the VP candidate needs to present as an LPN at a memory care center then.

"Here Joe, eat your pudding before we go night night."

Wonder if Pelosi got a referral fee when Kamala went to her plastic surgeon.

Biden painted himself into a corner when he said he was gonna pick a woman as V.P. Now, it looks as though he might pick a black woman and that limits his options even further and the majority of those women are VERY polarizing. I'm already concerned that we have two presidential candidates that are showing MANY signs of mental deterioration, between the BOTH of them. Who Biden chooses as his running mate, will determine whether I vote Democrat or whether I vote Libertarian for the 3rd straight presidential election. If he chooses Harris, Bottoms, Baldwin, Whitmer or Abrams, then I'm definitely voting Libertarian.

Baldwin? Senator Baldwin isn't black.  Why do you think Biden shouldn't choose her? Did she tell some lies about being a victim of segregation the way Harris did?

Then who do you want? The beer drinking 1/1024 blooded Cherokee Indian who lied about her race to get ahead in the world? THAT will make you vote Biden? Lol.

Klobuchar was the best pick before Floyd.

Well, Kamala appears to be using the Michael Jackson method of turning herself into a white person, so that eliminates her from the pool.

I'm sorry, but I'm not voting for a gay or lesbian to be the possible V.P. It's just not something I accept and never will. It's not the way I was raised. To each their own, but in my world, I will not promote it in any way.

While I'm not a huge fan of hers, I'd take her 24/7 over Trump or Pence. I HATE what they've done to this country.

I still think she is the best choice.

It could be that they are letting time pass to get her back in the candidacy. Our news cycle is so fast that it's possible for her to get back in the picture with the proper amount of distancing.

I guess I don't know my senators very well.  I knew Sinema was gay but I thought she was the only one.
I don't care what senators do behind closed doors as long as it's respectful, not for sale, and no kids are involved.

What about potential governors?

I hope so, but I'm skeptical.

It doesn't matter what I say. Any instances I point to, you're gonna turn around and blame it on someone other than Trump and Pence. I know how this works. It's pointless.

There was an escort involved, so that seems to have been for sale...
Also Trump's dalliances with porn stars ended with an exchange of funds... probably shadier than anything Sinema or Baldwin have done.

Because it is a blanket leftist talking point with no supporting evidence. Same as "Trump is a racist!"

He's made leftists and elitists and China not like us any more. It's all his fault.

‘He’s dividing the country!’

No, the uncompromising, obstinate and reactionary left is doing that. I don’t see any protesters, looters, rioters, and phony impeachers wearing MAGA hats.
