With the roster at 78 and multiple interior D-linemen opting out or injured (Woods & D. Russell) , there's a good chance we'll see a signing.
Who is out there, and who would you like to see brought in? A few possibilities: Marcell Dareus Damon Harrison Mike Daniels Timmy Jernigan PJ Hall We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

According to Ian Rapoport the Jags are meeting with veteran CB Tramaine Brock. Ian had said he's likely to sign with the team. https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/1292552964360622080 We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Woods and Russell were NTs within the DL. Recently signed Carl Davis is more of a replacement NT type than Caraun Reid.

Carl Davis is a long shot to ever see the field. Jags have waived or released him 3 times prior to this signing. Fringe guy to make 53. The rookie, Hamilton, will likely have to be depended upon. According to the Jags Twitter account they have signed DL Mauro (after waiving WR CJ Board):

I cannot say that I saw Josh Mauro as a possible signing.
Respect the game. Play with a sense of urgency.
1.) Take care of the ball. Win the turnover battle. 2.) It's all about 3rd down. Win on 3rd down to win the game. 3.) Playmakers make plays. Jernigan has some serious talent. He is an upgrade in the middle. Hope he is healthy.

Jernigan, if healthy, would likely be the best DT on the roster, or an overall upgrade at minimum. After Caldwell signed Davis and Reid, I was getting nervous that he was signing "just bodies", lending his actions to tank for Trevor and/or more cap next season mentality. However, if they do sign Jernigan, it would show an honest effort to get better this season.

Is he basically a healthy Dareus (his last year here, not his prime)?
