I can't make out what is being shouted before the gunshots. I've seen no context to the incident yet, although it probably doesn't justify the killing.

It doesn't make sense.. feels like the start of some action or mystery movie. I hope they catch the [BLEEP] who pulled the trigger.

The left will condemn a 17 year old as a white supremacist who was defending himself...

but when a man wearing a hat is murdered for no reason except for what he was wearing? Crickets. The left on this board are just as evil as the left at large.

It's not evil. They are simply employing the tactics they were taught in their years of attendance at the tax payer funded liberal indoctrination system that is our public schools.

I don't know if he was a white supremacist, but, per Wisconsin law, he was obligated to retreat and to use the least lethal means available to him if he wants to claim self-defense.  Should have used the butt end of his rifle if he didn't want to be on trial for murder.

And he talks about the 17 year old instead of the murder of a man wearing a hat.

That's evil.

No, I read too many state statutes. The kid was disobeying a lawful order to stay inside for a curfew, and he was too young to legally carry a rifle. those two facts reduce the level of self-defense that Wisconsin law permits him to exercise.

I already commented on the poor guy in the hat.  If they figure out who pulled the trigger, I hope they get the death penalty  - unless there's some mitigating circumstance we don't know about at the moment.

He was running away. They tackled him and were beating him with fists and a skateboard with a third guy pulling a gun. Only a moron would suggest a rifle butt in that situation, so I guess you fulfilled expectations.

That's what I was alluding to but he intentionally ignored it.

I'm not suggesting it as a good tactical choice.
The kid made enough poor choices leading up to that that he had no good tactical choices left.

I am saying it was the only choice that would allow him to make a self defense claim in Wisconsin court.

And the prosecution agrees with what I'm saying.
