Supposedly they will be filing this week. Right now the lawsuits don't really feature the Trump team, they are other parties bring them.

People are hinting that they may have the servers, appears multiple people familiar with the software are talking, a few Dominion employees could be talking, and they could have the actual source code. Financial records from the deals and kickbacks to family members.

It's all talk until they produce something. The data is definitely not natural, but it would be hard to prove it. Hopefully it is more than just look at the data it doesn't meet these standards. Look at these people not allowed to watch. Yes there was fraud, big time fraud, but they won't get a judge to overturn the results. Rudy hasn't delivered on much in a while, but Sidney Powell isn't going to screw her reputation for some maybes. They should be filing early in the week at least for MI and PA. They are still going through a lot of the reports from people.

Yeah I don't know what will happen. There are now reports from VA were 100,000s of votes were removed and added multiple times and then after that the same % split was used in the rest of the vote drops.

If they have the evidence of the algorithm used and how it was done, easy to win that. If they don't and it is just people saying how it would be done and all the affidavits then not as easy but the affidavits are considered proof in a court if the judge doesn't throw them out.

I think it comes down to the supreme court and them ruling to either overturn the all the votes in X states, throw out the ballots that were mailed illegally (as only the legislature can change the state voting laws) and declare the winner without those votes, or leave it up to the state's legislature to pick the delegates.

If overturned the whole vote in states, then the house (based on states controled) picks the president and senate the vp. So Trump wins that.

If only counting the legal ballots, Trump should win that as most republicans voted in person.

If leaving it up to each states legislature, that is a guess, but Trump does have a better chance as they control most of the states.



If they follow the law, unless the voting software is so bad that Trump actually won other states not even being looked at, then they should invalidate the election in those states and send it to Congress. There is precedent for doing that as the laws say what should happen in cases like these. If VA is actually Trump's, then who knows what happened in other states. The voting was stopped or paused to figure out how to catch up, then all the weirdness that is easy to see happened. The rest of the cheating was subtle and harder to catch.

I would like to see a hand count to first check the vote totals. The issue is which states actually have paper ballots that are kept.

I hope they are right and have the evidence but I really don't have faith in any of the republicans and I'm not sure the supreme court will want to overturn the election unless they have enough proof.

They say they have the evidence because Trump had a very high turnout and crushed the algorithm that had been updated. Biden out performed Clinton in only the 4 swing states in Philly, Detroit, Atlanta, and Milwaukee. If they don't release stuff this week, I doubt they have anything.
