An aircraft from Spartanburg also landed recently. Incidentally that's the nearest airport for a city in South Carolina I think everyone here knows about. 

I wouldn't read too much into these things until people are actually spotted.

I really doubt the Meyer rumors after watching Shad's press conference. He said they plan to interview as many people as possible and take their time with a hire.

Are all the Meyers rumors coming from his camp or the Jags?

I just don't understand how the Jags leaking that helps at all, and I don't see Kahn liking that sort of negotiating tactics.

If Khan plans to hire both at the same time, and have both report directly to him, that kind of kills the idea of Urban Meyer selecting the GM and having the GM report to him.  Right?  So that kills the idea of giving Meyer all the power.  Shad Khan has made it clear that he intends to keep all the power.

Frank Bush could be a possibility for Saleh at DC. That would be a pretty solid staff honestly.

Agreed, the only thing that concerns me about bringing in a defensive coach is if Lawrence has a good year, Lafleur will probably go on to be a head coach somewhere next year and then TL will have to learn a new offensive system
