In that scenario, flgatorsjags suggested Lafleur to be his OC. If TLawerence and the Jags offense looks good then in 2022 Lafleur could be a HC candidate and the Jags would be looking for another OC in TLawerence 2nd year and possibly a different scheme. Flgatorsjags is saying he would prefer an offensive minded head coach over Saleh to begin with instead of worrying about juggling OCs every year.
