I still think Pete Carmichael Jr. would make a good coach. Surprised he hasn't been a coach yet tbh.

He’s done all of his notable work under Sean Payton and with Drew Brees. I’m sure that plays into it. Jedd Fisch could win 9 games with Brees under center.

Right? So that kills the idea of giving Meyer all the power. Shad Khan has made it clear that he intends to keep all the power. Anthony Lynn made a lot of really dumb clock management mistakes in games I saw. Maybe he's learned, though. If by saying "The coach has far more invested in his career than a college football player." you mean he has already earned more in his career than that player, that is true. But the player sometimes has a lot more money in front of him. And the player is risking an enormous, life-changing amount of money by playing in a meaningless game. But I wasn't talking so much about money as much as the concept of "loyalty" that people throw around when players opt out. Coaches don't have any loyalty to the program or the players. Offer them more money, and they're out the door without so much as a goodbye in many cases. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! I’m not knocking any player who wants to play in the Mayonaise Bowl. However, I’m certainly not going knock a player who has money on the line and they sit out. Do what’s best for you because once you leave, that school won’t care at all about you until they come asking for money because you’re an alum.
i would like to see Brian daboll from the bills. look what he did with Allen now he will have a even more talented QB coming into the league

Ray Farmer seems like a horrible choice. Here are some blurbs about his recent job in Cleveland:
"Farmer's track record leaves something to be desired. He used two first-round picks in each of his two seasons (2014-2016) as Browns general manager to select CB Justin Gilbert, QB Johnny Manziel, NT Danny Shelton, and OL Cam Erving. Jacksonville fans better hope Farmer is a long shot to land the team's GM job. " "Kevin Costner would have made a better GM than Farmer. Since being hired as the head of the personnel department ahead of the 2014 season, the Browns have posted 7-9 and 3-13 seasons, seemingly getting far worse in year two. Armed with two first-round picks in each of his two seasons as GM, Farmer delivered CB Justin Gilbert, Johnny Manziel, NT Danny Shelton, and OL Cam Erving. Gilbert is a certified bust, and there were whispers he may even be moved to wide receiver before those talks went away. Manziel may never play another down for the Browns. Shelton and Erving each had rough rookie seasons. Farmer also got in trouble with the league for texting coaches on the sideline during games." We show less advertisements to registered users. I wonder how much Andy Reid is involved with the offensive plays/decisions? Do we have any idea how unleashed Bienemy was in KC? Also, any offensive coordinator could look good with Mahomes, so it's not a slam dunk he would be a good coach here.

Lets just go with Arthur Smith. Then maybe we can atleast beat the Titans twice next year. I'd be satisfied with that...

Bring Ozzie Newsome out of retirement. The dude was incredible with the Ravens. I think he had Gene Smith's phone number on speed dial as the Jags are personally responsible for a portion of their success.
OR Pay Belichick $15m to be the GM and Head Coach. The OC calls the play, the QB executes the play, the HC takes credit for practicing the play. By no means am i saying hes a slam dunk but you can only judge his body of work and since he became OC, his record is very impressive. Just from a football knowledge perspective hes better than anything weve had the last few years and has experience with top level talent. He has plenty of upside
