I'm not getting I to this argument ... but I will say ... in general ... the bosses have the burden of risk ... and that why they get paid. If I open a pizza shop with my own cash ... it's my sole risk.

You couldn't be more wrong if you tried...... My Uncle, who is a self made millionaire took over the family business when his Dad (My Grandfather) had a heart atack. He litterally built that business from the ground up. He is still involved in the day to day aspects of it. Sure, he has my cousin and brother doing some of the work but..... He still handles the hiring, firing, the contract negotiations and the general day to day aspects of the company. He busted his [BLEEP] (and still does) to get where he's at today so.... Shut the hell up, you have no idea what you're talking about..... He has always been a real go getter and and always will be (he dropped out of HS at 16) so...... Either you work for what you get, or you toil for someoone else until you die or retire.

Your uncle is a businessman.  He works, but he's not a worker.  I taught some folks stuff at my job the other day.  But I'm not a teacher.
I'm pretty sure my boss is close to that million dollar threshold.  He might work harder than me some days. He certainly works longer hours, for what that's worth.  But I'm the worker, and he's the business owner.  The essential thing about his situation is not that he works, because everyone else in the office works. The essential thing about his situation is that he owns the place.

I'm not a big fan of hate crime laws because they're applied so subjectively. This only proves it because WE ALL KNOW that if the roles were reversed, government lawyers and politicians would bend every law in the books to have it included as exacerbating charges for extra time, and even the families of the assaulters would be in hiding.

It's definitely not conclusive proof of anything, but when you consider Biden's past interactions, I don't fault someone for putting that in the creepy category.

However, there is literally nothing wrong with what Biden did in that last video. If you're seeing it, it's because you want to see it. He didn't touch them. He talked to them about something they'd like, ice cream. He did it loud enough for everyone to hear and where everyone could see. He commented on how tough it would be for a 4 and 5 year old to have to listen to him speak and likened it to purgatory. Talking to kids is not a crime. Don't let your hyperbolic overreactions get the better of you.
