And the hits just keep on coming....... I hope that soon that the Sheeple will wake up and see just how much the Democrats hate, and attack, the American way of life. Once freedom is lost, it will take blood spilled to regain it. I just hope there are enough patriots in this country to keep it from declining even further ini to the abyss. I for one am more than willing to defend my way of life, but the people that vote for these Commie Democrats seem more than willing to give up a little bit more of their freedom at every turn.. This country was not founded on that. It was founded on the basic principles of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!

The federal government shouldn't be funding anything with regards to education. Period. Nowhere in the Constitution does it give the feds this 'power'. Biden said he couldn't overturn DeSantis's order and it should have stopped right there. But the left just can't help itself. They have to subvert at every turn.

The department of education needs to be abolished.

Yeah, no.

There desperately needs to be a national standard for education.  Kids should have rights to an equal education regardless of where the live, and currently, they definitely do not.

The problem with a national standard for education is that it will be subject to the vagaries of political whim. Do we really want the woke mantra of “racist math” infesting the board rooms of education policy makers?

No, national standards are impracticable. Local control is best.

Yes, local control is best... Unless the bad guys have local control and the good guys have control at the next higher level, then standardization at that level is better, and the next higher level of control that the bad guys hold needs to stay out of it.

Does anyone doubt the standard that would be used to ensure kids receive equal education? The basement would be the top floor.

Imagine believing there should be a national standard for education.

You realize our rank in education has gone way down since the creation of the DoE right?

Local is always best. You start letting non local guys run stuff and then they want to run everything because they think they can run it better than you.

Do you think the DoE gives a rat's rear end about equal education for all? If they did this wouldn't be an issue. Just as the DEA/war on drugs has solved nothing in the last 30 years, the DoE won't solve anything either.

All the 3 letter agencies can go as far as I am concerned.
