Peyton Manning didn’t have the same HC his whole time in Indy and he turned out well.

I’ve seen it many times before but the only QB to come out in the last 5 years or so that can actually make up for the ineptitude of this franchise is Trevor. From a mental standpoint and talent level, he can do it.

Get rid of Urban. Hire Joe Brady. Division titles follow.

Don’t see the big deal about this at all. The dude is stressed about losing and was blowing off some steam. A hot chick was grinding on him. So what? That’s what happens to rockstars and super successful men. Sure, he should have had better situational awareness. But he was probably hammered. Those are the top two pretty clearly, but flip them for me. What Brady did with Teddy and 3 1k yard receivers and now Darnold is slightly more impressive than what Daboll did with Allen.

Either one would be dope though.

CMac was out this past week and he put DJ Moore in the backfield for a play. Just beautiful.

This is being overlooked and is a great point.

It was talked about by several ex players as something they had never heard of before because he's supposed to be the leader of these men. "Hey guys. You head back on the plane alone but I'm gonna hang back and party it up. Good job out there tonight"

And this right here sways my decision to have him ousted solidly. The absolute disrespect and lack of professionalism completely diminishes any semblance of leadership he may have wielded with this team by not joining the team back home.

I couldn't care less about his social indiscretions, even if I oppose them, but the fact that this occurred after him not joining the team on the plane is 100% terrible optics - and most likely diminishes what little authority he had within the locker room. Worst case scenario, this whole thing unravels the team chemistry and players completely disregard any sort of professional structure that NFL teams normally employ and things go off the rails. 

I'm not a hater of Urban but I don't see how he can maintain player trust and authority in guiding this team, especially when it seems like he's about to navigate some choppy waters with his personal life.
