This ^^^^^^^  Losing Calais was far and away one of the biggest mistakes the prior regime made. He was the straw that stirred the drink on defense. Would he have flourished in this 3-4 defense? I dunno but he is still contributing in Baltimore.

Campbell was a 33 year old player with declining performance on a team in all out rebuild mode.  Calais only had 4 sacks last year and only has half a sack through 7 games this year.  You are living in the past.
