I remember specifically Glennon filling in and seeing much less pressure and sacks. The OL was the same but the veteran knew how to at least get rid of the ball and sense pressure. Foles in his limited snaps I think fared better too.

TLaw early on held the ball too long and was getting hammered and throwing a lot of INTs. As he improved so did the OL. Weird.

Our Offensive line ... has a good rating after 6 games. Why? Was Warhop correct all along?

1. They have a good QB to protect. Protection is a partnership between the O lines and the QB.
2. TL doesn't get all crazy and run into sacks. Bail too early...or wait it is too late to bail.

He actually played a couple more later on if you remember the outrage for taking Minshew out, even though he was clearly regressing at that point. Or "figured out". Whatever.
Also, I was one of the outraged before anyone goes and digs up an old thread lol. Figured Minshew should just get the rest of the year as an interview.

Just saying, the smarter and/or more talented or at least tenured (seen a lot of snaps), QBs tend to navigate a pocket better, sense pressure better, and get rid of the ball quicker.
I mean if you hold the ball for 3.5+ seconds every play you're probably getting sacked/pressured a lot.

And we've already established that Cann is bad and our OL can definitely use some upgrades. Try not to get hemmed up on that one play and miss the entire point of my post. Better QBs, and yes Foles was a better QB than most we've had, don't hang the OL out to dry. And therefore when the board goes nuts about our terrible OL they aren't thinking about how the poor QB play may be linked to higher pressures and sacks.

TL is prototypical size with a quick release. That alone takes a second of the Oline clock. I loved Minshew but he didn't have the same height and we had so many batted balls. This line is better than I give them credit for..... true.

Honestly Cam gets crude because he follows in the footsteps of the other great line play we have seen on our team. He is slightly better than average. We have had some really good to great line play in the past.

That line was giving up way too many sub-2.5 second pressures. Regardless of who was behind center. It wasn't always "QB -X held the ball too long."
There were blatant protection issues as well. 

They are giving up an "average" number of pressures now, but it's mitigated by a talented pocket passer.

Mahomes is not bad he isnt taking the easy plays a lot of holding the ball going for the homerun that are not working as much this year.

....anyone else notice that the franchise QBs struggle once the paycheck comes due? Same happened when Wilson broke Seattle's bank.

You can weather the storm if you can amass picks and hit on them, and it seems like both KC and SEA are lacking in that area, specifically.
