I have no clue where this team goes from here. We are so poorly coached from top to bottom. We lack the swag it takes to compete consistently in this league. Our roster is so bad that I am not even confident TL will be the guy we thought he would be.

If nothing else Khan has to fire Baalke and bring in a real GM. Then that GM can decide what to do next. I don't know who that GM is, but this year has made it really clear that Khan needs to be left out of any coaching hire decisions.

IMO, the irreversible mistake was already made. Young, experienced coordinators pray to stsrt their HC career with a guy like TL, amd we picked Meyer who has no clue what he is doing.

Right. Let’s call it that. I was an original ticket holder since 1995. Home games used to get 50 pages or more…..consistently.

I know Khan is a very patient owner but for years hes talked about having a franchise QB. Thats the only reason he may pull the trigger early for once.

I agree with you.  I no longer live in Jax but for the first 10 years I was a season ticket holder and never missed a game.  Even though I'm still a Jag's fan I feel it best if this owner doesn't make the necessary changes to improve this team it would be best to move it out of Jax.
