Looking at this team, there's so little here that looks NFL level. And then theres playoff level. Still think we are 3-4 years of drafts/FA away from having that kind of roster. This has been a wasted year sadly.

This seems to be a regular thing and is why I don't want Leftwich as HC. We don't need another project year.

I get that and thats a big risk of Leftwich. Its going to be a year of seeing what we have and what works with his system. Ideally we can get someone who has watched us and has an idea from the start of what they want and who they want and if they think any of what we have can be improved but every position looks like it wouldn't be hard to improve.

Yes it is. The last 3 seasons have felt exactly the same. Nothing seems to improve or get better. The roster somehow seems to get worse no matter who we draft or sign. Just a real lack of a vision and a plan everyone is working on and towards.

Id love to know what Khan is thinking and looking at for HC as its so so important he gets it right this time.
