Think it’s be really cool to get Jim Caldwell in an EVP role here. Then hire Kellen Moore to be the HC. Moore played under Caldwell in Detroit so the relationship is there. I’d really want to go the vet DC route like LA did with Wade Phillips for McVay. Zimmer, Fangio, or Marvin Lewis could all be options. Caldwell and Lewis are close so he could probably talk him into coming to run the defense.
Fangio fired.
Be aggressive Khan. Fire Baalke. Caldwell EVP. Kellen Moore HC. Fangio DC.
