C'mon Shad, make that announcement!

One for Bevell! It actually seems to me this may be the most likely outcome unfortunately.
At this point I agree. Just hope trevor has a big leap in spite of us, cause I dont think help is on the way.

Shad is going to announce a new and innovative approach. "We will revolutionize the NFL by introducing the concept of no coaching staff. That's right, the players will be in charge of running their own practices and game day play calls will be determined by electronic polling (for a nominal charge) of fans in the stadium. Apps will be available soon."

I like the innovation. We'd have 70,000 coaches calling plays, setting the defense, choosing heads or tails. You may be onto something

Maybe that's why Meyer went over the top with his "you are losers" comment to the staff. Perhaps it was a full-blown mutiny by then and Urban was flailing to save face, creating a "you vs. me" caustic environment
Obviously the way the players responded to Bevell and Co., the respect level was soaring.

Did you even watch the games? Like shad you are basing a heck of a lot on one win versus the colts. Why don't you tell us about the 2017 Glory days too.

The acceptance of incompetence is why we are toast. This owner has learned nothing. I bet he is pissed that his hand was forced with Meyer as well.

Yes, I watched all of the games. That's why you'll notice I didn't boil it down to that one (or two) wins, but rather a general upheaval of competition, spirit and enjoyment in the players and coaching staff once the plague had lifted (and I'm not talking Covid).

I would rather hire Leftwich. Hopefully they are on the phone with Bienemy today.

There's probably a reason the dude's blown like 11 interviews. No Bieniemy.

I really don't know what's going on. At what point what can be attributed to incompetence enters the "doing it intentionally" territory?

This is just getting to be sad and pathetic at this point.

Just need someone desperate to coach and have no personel input. You get to do whatever Baalke says.

Um, Shad, that's the wrong interim head coach.

Yeah this is getting pretty sad

He is much better though.

Bevell is [BLEEP] and no one is gonna hire him again. Probably not even a as an OC.

Hey Shad, I'm willing to interview. Since you seem to be talking to random people about the position. I promise I won't do much worse than Urbz! As long as ai can build my staff from the duvalpride forum users.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

Now, I'm convinced he's not just stupid, but he is trying to purposefully alienate the fans. He has no intentions of ever trying to make this team better, he just wants to prove how powerful he is and that he's gonna do things his way, no matter how clueless he is.

My source says there's an outside chance it is actually an interview for Special Teams coordinator/coach, but not to hold your breath.

Give the guy this tho: he overcame a mountain of dysfunction to get the Raiders to the playoffs. Players seemed to love him and Carr actively advocated for his return. More than we have here at the moment.

How would we be building a coaching staff, when we have no head coach? No head coach is gonna want to come to a team where his staff is chosen for him.
