Oh, I don't know. A special teams coach may expand his horizons. Maybe he'll learn how to cover an onside kick. Or become a backup punter. There's a lot of potential upside to this.

Guys, sometimes you have to get lucky. This coaching service has been a total debacle. However, selecting a coach is like drafting. It’s a total crapshoot. Most of these coaches we were high on now will be out of the job within 3-4 years. Maybe just maybe we will get lucky and actually end up with a very good coach despite our total [BLEEP] show of a search.
